Shipping policy

Local Bike Delivery (within 50 km)

• $25 local delivery on all bike orders delivered to an address within a 50 km radius of either Giant Sunshine Coast.

Other item delivery: 

• A flat delivery rate of $15 applies for the delivery of all other items. 

• We do not control the shipping times once your order has been transferred to the shipping company. 

• We do not ship or internationally.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (allow extra time during peak periods or public holidays).

In-Store Pickup (Click & Collect)

• Free pickup is available at Giant Sunshine Coast. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready.

Tracking

• Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your shipment.
